Welcome to the

Blake Marathon

 This is the 3rd Annual Blake Marathon Community event to show our support and to honor those who were impacted by the 2013 Boston Marathon tragedy. While the intent of the tragedy was suppose to tear a community apart, it has created an even stronger community bond.

Blake's versions of the Boston Marathon is a short 2.5 mile course that runs around the MS/HS schools, through the neighborhood and finishes on Blake's baseball fields.  

This year included:

• 442 student walkers and runners

• 24 staff runners/walkers

• Over 100 student spectators

• 66 staff volunteers on the race course
